Life is largely the exercise of trying on thoughts, actions and life events, releasing what doesn't fit and then trying out the next piece. A jigsaw puzzle, if you will. Some of it is haphazard, some reasoned and measured and all of it is without a guarantee.
This is a list of things that our humans have found helpful. Products we have benefited from, Providers we know and like, and miscellaneous pieces of life management that have worked for us and others. Not everything works for everyone and like most of life there is an element of trial and error.
